Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including switches and firewalls, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
- Set up and manage servers, ensuring proper configuration for optimal performance and reliability.
- Install and configure VOIP solutions, configure call routing, submit LOA's for porting, and other VOIP related tasks.
- Implement and support camera solutions and access control technologies to enhance security for clients.
- Assist in Office 365 deployments and migrations, providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network performance and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Collaborate with team members on larger-scale IT projects, contributing technical expertise and support.
- Document all installations, configurations, and support interactions, maintaining accurate records for accountability and future reference.
- Provide training and assistance to clients on the use of business technologies and IT solutions.
