Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assume the role of the Regional Coordinator for the Bridges program. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this role is ideal for an individual with a deep commitment to enhancing the well-being of transition-age youth. The position focuses on fostering meaningful relationships with community stakeholders and professionals while serving as the regional expert and lead provider of training and technical assistance to designated agencies.
The Regional Coordinator will ensure compliance with Bridges' processes and policies while consistently delivering high-quality care and service. This role focuses on managing several key areas for the Bridges program through coordination with the Case Coordinator and regional service teams, ensuring quality of services are delivered and met consistently. Key responsibilities include training and technical assistance to regional Bridges team members, implementing Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) strategies, and tracking performance outcomes. Additionally, the Regional Coordinator will cultivate and maintain relationships with community stakeholders through strategic marketing efforts and regular communication to share program updates and foster engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Support: Supervise and provide ongoing technical support and training to regional service teams, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Facilitate routine meetings with providers to field questions and guidance for case scenarios. Ensure new guidance is effectively and consistently communicated. Assist with onboarding and training new staff. Provide daily oversight of regional program implementation as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert. Manages a referral tracking system to determine capacity needs for the region.
- Continuous Quality Improvement: Adhere to the Continuous Quality Improvement plan by monitoring case compliance through audits. Develop and follow a technical support plan to promote performance improvement. Employ Corrective Action plans tailored to meet the service team's needs and promote performance improvement.
- Young Adult Support: Assist the young adult during the transition to Bridges enrollment and assignment to the service team. Navigate and resolve barriers or issues negatively impacting the young adult. Participating in opportunities to obtain valuable feedback from young adults about their lived experiences and ways to enhance the program further.
- Community Engagement: Attend and share valuable information about Bridges at conferences hosted by community stakeholders. Facilitate presentations and training opportunities to expand Bridges marketing and awareness. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with community stakeholders such as housing providers, PCSAs, CASA, OhioRISE, mental health providers, probation officers, high schools, job development programs, etc.
- Communication: Participates in and ensures the implementation of new strategies. Contributes to the discussion by providing insight into policies and procedures. Assists with developing program goals that foster program enhancements. Coordinates and facilitates regional meetings and training opportunities for regional staff.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in human services, criminal justice, or related field and experience working in a social service or community-based organization
