**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Ohio County Schools. As a Custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including restrooms, classrooms, and hallways.
- Operate and maintain powered cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and vacuum machines.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
- Assist with grounds care tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Participate in off-shift, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage as needed.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
