What You'll Do
- Examines, reviews, verifies and processes claims
- Collects background information for validity
- Ensures compliance with Unclaimed Fund Laws
- Corresponds with claimants and reporting agents
- Analyses reports and forms submitted to claims
- Processes complex claims with in-depth research
- Primary contact person for incoming claimants
- Or completion of undergraduate core coursework in accounting or 2 yrs. exp. in accounting.
- Or completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, economics, computer science or related field; 16 semester or 24 quarter hours in accounting.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
