RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll primarily work with Microsoft technologies as we solve some of the biggest challenges facing the organizations we serve. You will be expected to approach technical decisions pragmatically to ensure the value of the work is top priority. You'll demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning new skills as well as sharing and teaching areas of your expertise. You'll play an integral role in impacting team culture, practice, and engagement.
Participate in projects and support involving wired and wireless network services.
Collaborate with other LIS engineers to ensure operational excellence.
Create configuration and troubleshooting documentation.
Contribute to troubleshooting and technical support.

Technical Skills :
Practical experience with Cisco IOS
Experience configuring VLANs, routing protocols
Two years' experience working with the maintenance and operation of a network
Cisco experience and certification (CCNA or CCNP)
Experience with the design and maintenance of Palo Alto firewalls
Experience with the planning, maintenance, and repair of Cisco VOIP systems
