Job Overview
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a software development professional to be part of our Application Development Team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with Application Development staff and stakeholders to provide overall direction, guidance, definition, and facilitation for the advancement of software development solutions required to meet business strategies and goals
- Developing customized high quality business solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform
- Participating in all aspects of the project life cycle (e.g., initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and postproduction support of the application)
- Ensuring current and/or future business process flows are defined and documented
- Conducting detailed alternative analyses and determines end-user requirement(s)
- Consulting with end-users, technicians, vendors, management, and others
- Leading and/or participating in architecture and technical design sessions
- Or completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: providing solutions design, developing project plans with project manager or recommending approach through defining tasks and/or leading meetings relating to programs for computer applications including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: providing solutions design, developing project plans with project manager or recommending approach through defining tasks and/or leading meetings relating to programs for computer applications including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
- Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
