- Manages and actively participates in multiple Summit Behavioral Healthcare (SBH) patient treatment programs at the direction of the clinical administration
- Plans, implements, budget & evaluate treatment mall clinical & activity programs (i.e., pre-vocational evaluation, consumer counseling, in-house employment, community vocational referrals & job placement; religious & educational programming; speech & hearing therapy; music therapy; patient library; cosmetology/barber, volunteer services)
- Directly supervises assigned staff & monitors performance (e.g., initiates discipline, approve/disapprove requests for leave, conducts annual performance reviews.), develops & conducts training & program in-service, plan & coordinate staff development, consults w/staff regarding course of consumer treatments.
- Plans, implements & evaluates treatment service compliance standards for Joint Commission, conducts JC periodic performance reviews (PPRs), identifies problem areas & develop plans of correction for grid elements, monitors progress & educates staff, provides support to Clinical Administration in policy development & special projects, evaluates clinical progress of programs & committees as directed

Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration or mental health technology (e.g., psychology, rehabilitation, social work); 12 mos. exp. in area to be assigned.
- Or completion of graduate core program in public administration or business administration.
- Or 12 mos. exp. as Mental Health Administration 4, 65224, in Department of Mental Health. Note: prior training &/or experience must be directly related to area to be assigned.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
- Licensed Masters in Social Work (LMSW) or
- Licensed Psychologist
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a recovery model program
