What You’ll Do At OhioMHAS
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
Additional Salary / Appointment Information
Pay increase of 4.5% July 1, 2025 and a 3% increase July 1, 2026.
Longevity supplement after 5 years of service
Requires current license as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio as issued by Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Revised Code.

OhioMHAS Values
- Assess and evaluate medical needs of patients
- Initiate and direct implementation of Nursing Care Plan
- Provide professional nursing care and directs delivery by professional and nonprofessional staff
- Administer medication and treatment as ordered by physician
- Educate patient on medications
- Assist with examinations
- Monitor medications administration, and documentation
- Precepts and provide support for nursing staff
- Transcribe, and verify doctor's orders
- Participate in ongoing performance improvement and quality assurance
- Serves as an interdisciplinary treatment team member
