What You Will Do…
- Provide administrative support to the Assistant Director and the Chief Operating Officer
- Provide support for the Director when necessary
- Manage calendars; schedules appointments
- Manage travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and ground transportation
- Prepare and edit correspondence
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Answer the telephone
- Payment card holder for travel etc.

5 yrs. trg. or 5 yrs. exp. in business administration, management or public administration.
