Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking equipment operator to join our team. We specialize in erosion control, excavation, and grading for both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks including operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, trencher, etc.) and ability to drive a truck/trailer.

Duties
- Equipment operation including skid steer, excavator, and trencher (entry-level, some experience required).
- Ability to drive truck and trailer
- Assist with excavation, grading, and erosion control projects
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and equipment operations
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as needed
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices on the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
