The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to join our team as an administrative professional with the Division of Air Pollution Control (DAPC) at our Central Office in beautiful downtown Columbus.

In this role you’ll provide non-routine, administrative support to DAPC’s Business Operations and Support Section. You will assemble and process all supporting documents for the division’s asbestos certifications and licenses, coordinating distribution and maintaining issued documents in our e-Business Center database.
You’ll collaborate with our Information Technology Services (ITS) and DAPC staff to perform system tests and maintain proper operations of the e-Business Asbestos Certification and Licensing System. You’ll maintain current lists of all licensed and certified individuals and contractors and provide lists for posting on DAPC's website.
We’ll count on your excellent customer service to assist applicants through the licensing process. You’ll provide training and customer support to the Asbestos Certification and Licensing system users and assist with maintaining user manuals, training documents, and other information management documentation.

30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
- Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; 12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
- Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 2, 16872.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
