You’ll Get Hands-on Experience.
As a participant in Ohio EPA’s College Intern Program, you’ll assist the Northeast District Office with document management duties and clerical tasks associated with the Agency's electronic document management system (eDoc).
Under supervision of the office manager, you will scan existing files and incoming documents, while performing quality assurance and control of scanned documents, indexing files, and purging records per the Agency’s document retention schedules.

- MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN COLLEGE DEGREE PROGRAM DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE POSITION OR HAVE RECENTLY GRADUATED WITHIN THE QUARTER/SEMESTER IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE START DATE.
- Library and Information Science.
- Knowledge of safety practices, public relations, Agency policies and procedures and permits as applicable.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Skills in computers (word processing and database work).
- SELECTED CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
