- Receive orientation to all program areas, including:
- Monitoring helpdesk email
- Creating tickets
- Dispatching technicians
- Assisting customers with basic troubleshooting of computer problems
- Follow up with customers and close tickets
- MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN COLLEGE DEGREE PROGRAM DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE POSITION OR HAVE RECENTLY GRADUATED WITHIN THE QUARTER/SEMESTER IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE START DATE.
- Major area of study: data analytics, statistical analysis, computer science, information systems, computer engineering, applied mathematics and statistics.
- Knowledge of safety practices, public relations, Agency policies and procedures and permits as applicable.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Skills in computers (word processing and database work).
