As an Ohio EPA GIS intern, you will participate in Ohio EPA's College Intern program by assisting the GIS staff with routine duties and project requests, including technical assistance for customers, analysis of geospatial data, development of maps and mapping applications, and data preparation/maintenance.
Gis
- Use ArcGIS Pro and other GIS software to analyze geospatial data and fulfill mapping requests.
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and reporting of Ohio EPA’s geospatial data.
- Participate in the development of map-based apps, such as StoryMaps, dashboards, and Experience Builder applications.
- Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program directly related to the position or have recently graduated within the quarter/semester immediately preceding the start date.
- Skills in computers (word processing and database work)
