What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Ohio Gastro?
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Job Functions
- Ensure contracts are compliant, well-organized, and aligned with company policy.
- Serve as primary contact for managing contract administration processes, tracking, and follow-up, in collaboration with OGG’s Legal Counsel.
- Collaborate with Ohio Gastroenterology Group Leadership to utilize and maintain contract management software, including ensuring that all key contract details are appropriately documented and reviewed on a regular basis.
- Apply legal and business knowledge to identify issues, analyze and develop solutions, make recommendations and implement approved solutions.
- Manage communications with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Support Ohio Gastroenterology leadership team throughout negotiation and implementation for a variety of agreements, including with external vendors, strategic partners, and employees.

- Strong self-motivation and collaborative skills, ability lead through influence, work independently, and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficiently provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders throughout the contract negotiation and execution process, including information on contractual processes and best practices.
- Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to build relationships, influence change, and collaborate across diverse roles.
Credentials and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Fluent in English
