The Inventory Clerk is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and reporting discrepancies through the use of Epicor ERP system and other tools. Additionally, the position requires the ability to decipher colors and accurately count various product types to ensure proper data entry into the ERP system. The Inventory Clerk's work plays a critical part in maintaining inventory levels, reducing shipping errors, and supporting both internal and external customers.

- Communicate with Transaction Control and management to resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring trust and transparency in inventory records.

Education, Work Experience, and Proficiencies:
- High School Diploma required.
- Forklift Certification preferred.
- Prior knowledge of ERP/RF systems preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience preferred.
- Ability to work with general supervision, performing routine tasks independently and seeking guidance only when needed.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods.
- Ability to use hands/arms to reach, handle, or manipulate objects, tools, or controls.
- Ability to work in various areas of the plant, including exposure to wet, humid, or adverse weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Excellent vision, including the ability to distinguish colors and identify discrepancies.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods while counting and inspecting inventory.
