Location & Work Environment

This role offers the opportunity to work in a team environment. Unlike remote or hybrid positions, you'll be based in our Tallmadge office, embedding yourself in a culture that prioritizes education and service over traditional sales tactics.

Earning & Learning

You’ll start with a competitive base salary with unlimited earning potential through commission. Ohio Health Benefits also offers bonus and referral programs. Your role will emphasize a consultative approach, with no need for prior sales experience, however experience in customer service is ideal. We’re committed to making insurance understandable and accessible, which is why we offer our own comprehensive in-house training program combined with support while working to obtain your Health Insurance license.
