You’re knowledgeable in many areas of maintenance and you love to share your skills. We have plenty of systems for you to take care of, which means your days will all be unique and interesting.

The community’s resource.
You’ll become a valued member of our community and we will rely on you. It’s much more rewarding to build those relationships than it is to work on a job site or in an empty office building.
Safety is paramount.
Everything you do will add to the comfort and safety of residents and patients. Making sure call lights in patient rooms work is paramount. Helping with security is another area where you can assist.
Attractive pay and benefits.
We offer everything you expect, plus a retirement plan, paid time off, education assistance, pay advances up to $500, recognition programs and free meals.
