We are looking for skilled Machine Operators and offer on the job training.
This position is a great opportunity for newly graduated community college students and career center students in a precision machining program. Tasks include setting up machinery for each job; running bars through machine; monitoring and measuring size and straightness of bars; following all directions on work orders; filling out time tickets and work orders; keeping work area clean and free of safety hazards; and other jobs assigned by the supervisor
Machines include:
Saw; Centerless Grinder; Manual Lathe; Press Straightener; 2-Roll Roll Straightener; Draw Bench; Polisher; Induction Heating; Shot Blast Cabinet; (Bump/Gag) Press
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Basic math skills and understanding of quality control processes
- Background in manufacturing, fabrication, and materials handling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends
