Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Build and assemble pallets for shipment according to order specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular counts and updates.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational issues.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of products.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating order pickers and other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
