Job Summary
Cannabis Connection, a medical marijuana physician company, is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointments and ensuring smooth operations within our clinics. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong data entry capabilities, and familiarity with electronic medical record systems. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating schedules, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Utilize scheduling software and systems such as Epic to maintain accurate appointment records.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a medical setting.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software; experience with Epic a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
