Duties
- Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and support to both customers and team members.
- Assist with employee orientation and training, ensuring new hires are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
- Manage cash register operations, including transactions, balancing cash drawers, and addressing discrepancies.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in the hiring process as needed.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication among staff members.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in retail management or wireless sales, with a strong background in supervising teams. Familiarity with cash register operations is essential, along with demonstrated time management skills. Experience as an assistant manager or in employee orientation will be considered an asset. A commitment to customer service excellence is crucial for success in this role. Forklift and Skid Loader experience prefered.
