A Typical Day at FSP:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated instructor to join our growing school and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and grade student assignments in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Promote and exemplify academic integrity.
  • Provide guidance and support to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.
  • Maintain open communication by responding to student inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
  • Accurately process student payments and manage required documentation in accordance with school policies.
  • Adhere to school policies and safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA.
  • Ensuring a secure and supportive learning environment.
  • Follow the curriculum set by Branwell Education Group, ensuring compliance with state and accreditation standards.
  • Instruct students on the proper handling and use of lab equipment, ensuring safety and skill development.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

The Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 3 years of experience in Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field.

We prefer you also bring:

  • Experience in teaching or training
