As a Lawn Maintenance Professional, you’ll join a team that values quality, efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships with customers.
• Executing lawn care treatments, including fertilization and spray applications, in compliance with company standards.
• Conducting property inspections to assess treatment needs and identify pest or lawn health issues.
• Performing snow removal services, such as plowing, shoveling, and applying de-icing products during winter months.
• Maintaining accurate service records, including treatments, applications, and completed tasks.
• Operating and maintaining equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to obtain or possess an Ohio pesticide applicator’s license (preferred).
• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal (a plus but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions, including heavy lifting and extended periods of physical activity.
