Job Requirements BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NIH Stroke Certification - Required for ER and all Critical Care RNs (ICU, MICU, SICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU, and Critical Care Float) PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support - Required for ER, ER OB, and ER Psych.
