Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) Job Details This position requires scrub. Please confirm that your traveler is comfortable scrubbing and rates 3 / 4s in scrubbing CV / PV / Heart and Lung transplant. Minimum 5 years of overall OR experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to cardiac and vascular procedures. Must be competent to circulate and scrub. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and OR protocols. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements Required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio. License Verification required within 30 days of start. Required for RNs, LPN / LVN, APs. Schedule Information 2 shifts of 8 hours and 2 shifts of 12 hours per week. Shifts will be scheduled between 6 : 30 AM and 11 : 00 PM. Unit Specific Information Unit-Specific Competency Exam Required Additional Details Check UD / Unit Cost Center Link to determine certifications required per unit.
