Lifetime Green Coatings is growing and seeking a talented and experienced commission-based Outside Salesperson, who will report to the General Manager, proactively identify and grow new customer markets for our proprietary, eco-friendly, and high performance concrete coating technology, and serve and build relationships with customers in our community.
Our Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Strategic Relationship Development: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, home builders, property managers, realtors, and commercial clients. You will develop your understanding of customer needs, and you will develop opportunities to meet customer needs with our proprietary, eco-friendly, and high performance concrete coating technology.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership with Marketing Support: You will become an expert in our full sales process. You will integrate your proactive lead generation and realization process with support from national brand marketing, a national call center, regional sales leaders, digital and offline marketing support (including referral networks, online campaigns, yard signs, door hangers).
- Revenue Accountability: You will realize uncapped earning potential while benchmarking to monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue generation targets. You will meet and exceed revenue generation targets through developing customer relationships and integrating our full Sales Cycle support with your business development in residential and commercial markets.
- Collaboration with Leadership: You will work with the General Manager to develop your marketing process to align with our goals, and proactively use data and customer feedback to tailor our business development process.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong history of performance in residential and commercial markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and manage accounts with critical decision-makers across diverse sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment which incentivizes quality, customer service, and business development.
- Experience with CRM, office productivity, and home services tools.
- An existing network of professionals in the home services and construction industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
