What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and actively participate in daily production activities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials are stocked
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
- Perform quality checks and uphold high standards of craftsmanship
- Ensure equipment is maintained and safety procedures are followed
- Communicate with leadership about production updates, challenges, and solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing or production
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working on the floor with your team
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Familiarity with production machinery and maintenance
- Bonus: Experience in taxidermy supply production (not required)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Solid math and reasoning skills
- Committed to workplace safety and efficiency
