ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Material Handling : Loading and unloading materials from production lines, trucks, and storage areas using forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment.
- Machine Operation : Operating basic machinery like drills, saws, or simple production tools as instructed.
- Assembly : Assisting in the assembly process by placing parts, fastening components, and performing basic quality checks.
- Cleaning and Maintenance : Keeping work areas clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, and disposing of waste.
- Quality Control : Performing basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
- Packaging : Packaging finished products according to specifications, including labeling and sealing.
- Physical Labor : Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy materials as needed.
