Job Summary
The Sandblaster/Pressure Washer is responsible for stripping the truck’s engine, chassis and suspension of grease and road grime with the Pressure Washing machine. Secondary processes include sandblasting the frame and suspension in preparation for a new coat of paint, prior to entering the Cosmetic Department. The Sandblaster/Pressure Washer will follow the schedule provided by the Production Scheduler.

Job Summary
The Sandblaster/Pressure Washer is responsible for stripping the truck’s engine, chassis and suspension of grease and road grime with the Pressure Washing machine. Secondary processes include sandblasting the frame and suspension in preparation for a new coat of paint, prior to entering the Cosmetic Department. The Sandblaster/Pressure Washer will follow the schedule provided by the Production Scheduler.
Responsibilities
- Sandblasting and pressure washing semi-truck frames
- Correctly regulating pressure to ensure adequate and even cleaning while controlling hoses
- Clearing trash out of the interior of the trucks before they enter the shop
- Troubleshooting/maintaining equipment
- Keeping work area clean and organized
- Ability to work outside year-round
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Must be able to spend extended periods of time on feet
- Ability to stay on task and follow instruction
- Reliability and a good attendance record is required
- $17.00- $22.50 per hour depending on experience
