Exceptional Opportunity to Direct a System-Wide Neonatal Program
Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic BC Neonatologist to lead and develop a comprehensive neonatal system of care in Las Vegas, NV. Outstanding opportunity to continue clinical practice combined with leading a large team of highly skilled neonatologists and advanced practice professionals.
- Practice includes three level III NICUs with a combined annual total of 8,000 deliveries and a combined average daily census of 85.
- Sunrise Children’s Hospital has a 72-bed level III NICU.
- Mountain View Hospital has a 24-bed level III NICU.
- Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center has a new state-of-the-art 15-bed level III NICU.
- Services include neonatal ECMO, iNO, high frequency ventilation, (jet and oscillators) and total body cooling.
- Full pediatric subspecialty support including a busy pediatric cardiovascular surgery program.
- Resident and medical student teaching with an opportunity for an academic appointment.
- CQI and clinical research opportunities.
- Administrative responsibilities include developing protocols, policies, processes, and standardizing care across the system.

Qualifications
Must be BC in neonatology and have five years medical director experience.
