This role is unique because it is ALL VIRTUAL, can be part-time or full time and has a flexible schedule. You will be providing our clients with specific curriculum (that you will be trained on) to help them with coping skills. We are looking for people with who can connect with clients through Telehealth effectively.

Education/Experience:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and/or personal services.
- Relevant experience or course of study in behavioral healthcare helpful
Qualifications:

- Effective interpersonal skills; able to speak effectively with individuals and/or groups of people
- Flexible; able to work days, evenings, and/or weekends, as desired to meet the needs of clients
- Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities with strict attention to detail
- Ability to maintain relevant, timely documentation as required.
- Computer literacy skills, including Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic database usage, as well as basic typing.
- Able to provide services in a private space, free of distraction with no risk of privacy violation OR be willing to perform services at a designated work site.
- Successfully meet all pre-employment background requirements
