Job Description Summary: The Residency Program Consultant manages and supports residency programs to strengthen the performance of OhioHealth residents and fellows by ensuring accreditation standards and educational outcomes are met while promoting system strategies and priorities. The Residency Program Consultant is responsible for partnering with members of the Medical Education team to provide technical and operational expertise to ensure resident education is designed and deployed based on OhioHealth organizational strategies, educational and accreditation standards and best practices. The Residency Program Consultant supports the standardization and alignment of medical education across the system. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Required)TAGME - Training Administrators in Graduate Medical Education - National Board for Certification of Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education Experience in a healthcare or medical setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Advanced computer skills. Ability to manage data and perform statistical analysis. Competent in building and maintaining collaborative and cooperative relationships with leaders, trainees and peers. Ability to address and interact with high-level executives and physicians. Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with others and relaying confidential information and activities. Ability to accept and incorporate feedback to improve own performance and effectiveness. Ability and willingness to work under pressure, meet strict timelines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Adaptable to ongoing changes in accreditation regulations. Knowledgeable of different adult learning styles. Values align with OhioHealth culture.
