Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Ohio Department of Health radiologic license Job Details Position Title : ARRT Licensed Vascular Interventional Radiology Tech Work Site : Grant Medical Center (Columbus, OH) Shift : 4x9's Day Shift (0730-1700); weekday call : 1-2 days per week; weekend call every 3rd weekend; every other holiday Weekend call is Friday 5p thru Monday 7a Weeknight call is 1730-0700 Job Requirements HS diploma / GED Graduate of an accredited radiography program ARRT or current equivalent certification Must hold Ohio Department of Health radiologic license – PENDING ACCEPTED (24-48hrs to obtain) BLS Certification 2 years of experience – May consider 1 yr exp but MUST have Level I or Level II trauma exp Schedule Information 4x9's Day Shift (0730-1700) Weekday call : 1-2 days per week Weekend call every 3rd weekend Every other holiday Unit Specific Information Vascular Interventional (VIR) Specific : The VIR Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Radiologist for minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures in roles that include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating.
