Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support Job Details Location : Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio Job : MedSurg Oncology Unit Term : 13 weeks Shift : Night shift, 3 / 12's, every other weekend and holiday Target Start Date : ASAP Job Requirements 1 year of experience will be considered Large Hospital experience BLS (AHA) certification Tele competent, ability to work in the vicinity of chemo / hazardous medications Awareness of palliative / hospice patient population Schedule Information Every other weekend requirement (days Saturday and Sunday 12 hours, nights Friday and Saturday 12 hours) Day ratio 1 : 4-5, 6 on rare occasion Night ratio 1 : 5-6, 7 on rare occasion Mondays and Fridays also required for day shift; likely 1-2 of each or more during a scheduling period Sundays required for night shift, likely up to 3 per scheduling period Unit Specific Information Tele competent, ability to work in the vicinity of chemo / hazardous medications Additional Details APN Candidates : I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required Required for Home Health / Hospice professions / specialties
