Main Responsibilities

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, analyzing data and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and staff efficiency. - Collaboration: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, communicate patient information, and resolve issues promptly.
Essential Qualifications
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- An Associate degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within five years of employment.
