Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across diverse healthcare settings, including acute care environments that operate 24/7. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care services, adhering to departmental policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care services to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients, taking into account their unique needs and requirements.
- Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs), following established guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need to possess a valid Registered Nurse license from the Ohio Board of Nursing and hold Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
Work Environment
