We expect our Registered Nurses to:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
- Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
- Maintain current certifications and education requirements.
