Description
Summary : This position directly oversees the job performance of the employees responsible for one or several areas of healthcare facility maintenance and physical Plant Operations such as : buildings, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical grounds keeping, electrical and HVAC. The Manager is responsible for all assigned functions critical to the facilities on a 24 / 7 basis.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School or GED (Required)Two year technical degree or equivalent combination of and Experience . Thorough technical skills in assigned areas, knowledge of all applicable regulatory codes and standards as well as safety requirements. Broad knowledge of Hospital policies and procedures. 5 yrs. Experience in a skilled trade; 2 yrs. healthcare engineering operations Experience .
