Description
Summary : Under the guidance of the Neurodiagnostic II and the supervision of the Manager, the Neurodiagnostic Technician performs one or more of several Neurodiagnostic tests. These tests include : EEG; Evoked Potentials; Sleep Studies; Intraoperative Monitoring; Transcranial Doppler.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School or GED (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationOne to three months related Experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of and Experience . Formal classroom in Neurodiagnostic testing. Requirements Employee will be required to sit for and pass both Part I and Part 2 of the ABRET registration examination. Upon hire, Associate's have three years to complete their and obtain their Certification . Graduate of an accredited Neurodiagnostic technology program or equivalent formal training. Eligible for part I of the ABRET registration. One or more years of clinical Experience in Neurodiagnostic testing.
