This role involves providing general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care. You will be accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegating tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.Responsibilities And Duties:
- Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments
- Document planned nursing interventions and evaluate patient response
- Revises plan of care based on evaluative data and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
