Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse with OhioHealth, you will provide high-quality patient care in diverse acute health care settings. Your role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population or individual.
- Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
- Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals.
- Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
