- Mentor and coach respiratory therapy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to process and quality oversight, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree (Required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) registration
- NRP1 - Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
