Description
Summary : Escorts patients to and from the Imaging Services department using wheelchairs, carts, beds, stretchers, and ancillary equipment. May occasionally perform other personal care duties (including assisting patients to and from restroom, using of bed pans and urinals, gowning of patients, and assisting with patient needs during a procedure. Performs clerical duties involved in processing patients and maintaining clinical documentation. Duties include, but not limited to, scheduling, call reports, filing, telephone answering and gowning patients.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School or GED (Required)CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention - Crisis Prevention Intervention, CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - American Red CrossSix to twelve months of time on the job. CPR Certification . Work requires good communication skills (verbal / written) and active listening skills. Work requires gathering and interpreting data in situations where problems are not difficult or complex. Work requires the ability to assess needs, prioritize work, and organize duties to meet deadlines and deal with interruptions. Work requires generally performing according to existing procedures and instructions.
