Description
Summary : Works under the direction of Dir Safety, Environment of Care & Emergency Mgmt., and is responsible for monitoring and improving the Environment of Care and Safety program at a hospital campus. Monitors and maintains the hospitals compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, EPA and state and local regulations pertaining to safety, fire safety and environmental protection.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree : Safety (Required)
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
- Recent Life safety Code certificate.
- GSP, ASP, CSP or path to certification is preferred.
- Experience in the application of JCAHO Environment of Care standards.
- Excellent computer skills.
