Summary : This position has primary responsibility of ownership and management of design and construction projects for renovation, alteration, or new construction of healthcare and healthcare-related facilities. The candidate will provide oversight of projects from ideation through post-completion, maintaining accurate financial records, project correspondence, and shall perform all activities necessary in support of design and construction projects and initiatives. The candidate will also oversee the management of signage and wayfinding across the healthcare system.

JOB SUMMARY

The candidate will provide oversight of projects from ideation through post-completion, maintaining accurate financial records, project correspondence, and shall perform all activities necessary in support of design and construction projects and initiatives. The candidate will also oversee the management of signage and wayfinding across the healthcare system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field; or 5–10 year experience managing the building design and construction process. Working in a Healthcare environment is preferred, but not required.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in computer software including : Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn and understand tools such as e-Builder and Primavera P6.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
