Job Description Summary:
Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute healthcare settings.
Responsibilities And Duties:
- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Actively participate in process improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN required at 5 years of employment)
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
- BLS certification
Work Environment:
Med Surg Department
Day shift, 36 hours per week
