POSITION SUMMARY:
The Host/Hostess shall provide exceptional, courteous customer service to all our patrons, while maintaining a professional, friendly, and energetic environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide quality customer service.
- Recruit and register new members.
- Promote and/or sell upcoming and special events, promotional giveaways, drawings, tournaments, concerts, etc.
- Assist with point redemptions.
- Print and issue Winners Club cards.
- Assist patrons with accurate account information.
- Make promotional/casino announcements.
- Assist patrons with giveaway rules and regulations applicable for different promotions.
- Assist patrons with use of the MGT Kiosks (Registering for a promotion, checking-in for a drawing, retrieving food vouchers, etc.).
- Responsible for Patron Management data confidentiality and accurate data entry.
- Complete the Information Data Sheet and Photo Release forms.
- Ability to conduct promotional cash payouts.
- Assist in signage replacement and removal.
- Ability to sell event/concert tickets using ticketing software.
- Resolve or direct customer complaints to supervisor on duty.
- Comply with all safety and emergency procedures.
- Perform other related duties when assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED/equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older.
SKILLS:
Courteous and professional manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of basic mathematics.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
Will be required to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, promotions special events and additional hours.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
