Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely project deliverables
- Inspect and manage material deliveries to guarantee compliance with contract documents
- Negotiate subcontractor and material contracts to optimize project costs
- Assist in developing and updating project schedules to maintain efficient workflow
- Coordinate shop drawings and submittals to meet regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of submittals, approvals, and resubmittals
- Participate in cost control system operations and analyze construction costs to inform business decisions
- Forecast revenue and cost accruals for monthly forecasting reports
- Process and estimate change orders and requests for information as directed by the Project Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 1 years of experience in site development or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
