TheProduction Technicians / Operatorsare responsible for safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems to produce Specialty Powders and Yeast Extracts. This includes Spray Dryers, Evaporators, Dry and Liquid blenders, Packaging, Separators / Centrifuges, and CIP systems. Operators perform a critical role at Ohly. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems within a team are key. Essential Skills & Knowledge : Detail oriented and organized Self-motivated to complete work as part of team High School or equivalent education Troubleshooting to figure out causes of problems and errors and resolve them Oral and written communication skills Able to maintain certification to operate a forklift Frequently lift and / or move 50 lbs.
